Kate Lynn has been practicing law since 1987. Her practice is primarily family law; however, her general law practice handles personal injury, criminal & traffic ticket defense, petitions to expunge, DUI, estate planning, and real estate matters. The law firm also handles collection matters for several corporate clients. Kate Lynn handles all family law matters, including separation agreements, domestic violence/PFA, divorce, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, same sex couples issues, post-divorce enforcement, post-divorce decree modifications, and post-divorce contempt proceedings.
