Divorce law allows for fraud claims regarding fraud used in the inducement of marriage, but you should be very careful in trying to claim this. Among other things, you have to prove that it is material, that it has hurt you substantially, and that you could not have detected it before the marriage.

Most states have divorce law that allow underhanded tactics on the part of one spouse or the other, including claims of psychological disorders or child abuse. Your best bet is to offer hard evidence that they're false, if you can; otherwise, simply answer and refute the claims as calmly as possible.
